I listened to the lecture and I thought that Dale made some good points. But I also thought he was a bit skeptical about what went really was authentic Jesus material. But overall it was a good listen.

Yeah Steve, I agree. Thanks for the comment. Have you seen the lectures on the historical Jesus on itunes. 12 or so lectures in all. Now they are seriosuly sekptical. I will dig out the link for you later today.

That would be great. I am listening to a good one on the Jesus Seminar by Darrell Bock that touches on a lot of historical Jesus stuff. He is pretty balanced in my opinion. I think I got it from http://www.bethinking.org.
