This weekend I dropped in(virtually) to the Desiring God Calvin Conference. Audio and Video of the conference are available online. I was a little bit disappointed by the talks but appreciated the extended discussion of Calvin’s role in the burning of Servetus which is one the first questions asked of the question panel.

For those unfamiliar with John Calvin then this mp3 biographical sketch is a nice place to start. It is aimed at pastors not academics although hopefully the two are not mutually exclusive.
